Returns

In the unlikely event that you are not totally happy with your purchase, we will help you resolve any issues as quickly as possible by refunding, or delivering another item by way of an exchange. The faulty item will need to be returned to us before we can refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued within 5 working days of our receipt.

Please contact us within 7 days to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, and in its original packaging. 

Ship your item back to us within 14 days of requesting a return. For your own protection we recommend you use a recorded and insured postal service for any returns.  We cannot accept responsibility for any items damaged, lost or stolen in transit. You are responsible for the postage costs of returning an item.

To start a return, you can contact us at info@tracywhitehouse.uk. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you the return address information, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on earrings, for hygiene reasons, or on sale items.
